This Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and explains your rights to cancel an order before or after it has been dispatched. It applies to all purchases made on the Website and complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (as amended) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) (as transposed into national law).

This Policy distinguishes between:

• Cancellation before the goods are dispatched (pre-shipment cancellation); and
• The statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) after the goods have been received.

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

1.1 You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, without giving any reason and free of charge (unless otherwise stated below).

1.2 Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request cancellation.

1.3 After dispatch, pre-shipment cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please wait for delivery and use your right of withdrawal (see Section 2) or our Return and Refund Policy if applicable.

1.4 We reserve the right to cancel your order before dispatch in accordance with clause 3.3 of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we do so, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

2.1 As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract (cancel your purchase) without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods (or the last item in a multiple-item order).

2.2 To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

• Sending an email to support@meisoni.com clearly stating your intention to withdraw, including your full name, order number, and delivery address; or
• Using the model withdrawal form (available at the end of this Policy or on our Website when implemented).

2.3 After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2.4 You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

2.5 Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, with all tags and labels attached. We may reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

2.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made items;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., certain cosmetics, underwear);
• Digital content or services where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost.

3. How to Cancel (Pre-Shipment or Withdrawal)

3.2 We will confirm receipt of your cancellation/withdrawal request by email.

3.3 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of:

• Receiving your cancellation notice (for pre-shipment, if no goods sent); or
• Receiving the returned goods (or proof of return) for post-delivery withdrawals.

3.4 We will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) but may deduct return shipping costs if you return goods under the withdrawal right.
